Tri Tec Systems, Inc. has been manufacturing wire assemblies in the USA since 1988 for companies such as Thunderbird Products / Formula Boats, Accubuilt, Inc. / Limousines, Fleetwood RV / Motor Homes, and Lingenfelter Performance Engineering just to name a few. Because assembling harnesses is a very labor intensive process, our employees are trained first to be conscious of the quality of every assembly and we have several inspection points to ensure the quality of each part produced.

Tri Tec Systems inventory includes marine (tinned copper) wire and automotive wire ranging from 4 to 22 gauge, plus battery cable, coax cable, and RCA cables. We also stock a substantial inventory of terminals and connectors including AMP, Deutsch, Molex, Yazaki, and Delphi. We can dye and spiral stripe wire with your color specifications. We currently stock over 250 different color and gauge combinations. We can also cut, strip, and mark wire automatically according to your specs. We stock black slit nylon convoluted tubing from 1/8" to 1 1/2". We have several terminating presses for precise crimping of terminals and injection mold machines for custom molding plugs.
